Ana Claudia Schultz

Interior Designer

Brazilian born, Miami-raised, long time Brooklynite and current resident of NY’s Hudson Valley, Ana Claudia is just as eclectic and diverse as her background. Her creation of thoughtful, contemporary interiors is an amalgamation of design styles incorporating eclectic vibrancy through modern, contemporary, and transitional elements. Color, texture and lighting are calculatingly used to create mood while geometric elements and organic forms are juxtaposed in intriguing ways. Clients’ needs are frequently met with custom pieces and out of the box solutions. The objective is to create a space that feels natural to the client yet is stylistically energized and fresh. Because “It’s about how you feel the moment you walk in the door.”

A Graduate of Florida International University, Ana Claudia worked in architecture for nearly a decade before realizing her true passion, interior design. She honed her design skills at Ligne Rose for 5 years while developing a deep understanding of customer service and a true appreciation of the designer/client collaborative process. She went on to develop her design company, ACD Jewelry, a jewelry company which later morphed into Ana Claudia Design Studio, its current iteration as an interior design firm.

Ana Claudia’s work includes everything from high end NYC Penthouses, secluded country homes, compact commercial spaces and expansive office interiors. She works predominately with clients in New York City, NY’s Hudson Valley and New Jersey. Her interiors have been featured in such publications as Goop, Rue Magazine, Domino Magazine, House Beautiful and HGTV.

Ana Claudia is a member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID), Interior Collab and the Female Design Council.
