Italian-born architectural and interior designer Gaia Nodari has more than ten years of experience in the industry. During that time, she has collaborated with top designers on many projects from private residences to commercial enterprises – in both Italy and the United States; before starting her own design practice Gaia Nodari Design.
Since 2014, Gaia has been a partner at the esteemed firm Edilizia Interna, where she has been able to expand her architectural and design knowledge by completing projects for high-end hotels, such as the Cipriani in Venice and the Splendido in Portofino, both part of the Belmond group, a global collection of 46 iconic five-star hotels offering ultra-luxe accommodations.
A number of highly-rated restaurants can be found in Gaia’s portfolio. Collaborations with Milanese firm rgastudio gave her the honor of working with top chefs Cesare Battisti and Alice Delcourt designing their respective Milanese restaurants, Ratanà and Erba Brusca. Within the United States, Gaia has collaborated with the New York City-based firm West Chin Architect, where Gaia brought one of WCA’s latest commercial projects, Two Forks, to life by designing the first location of the restaurant chain in Bryant Park, NYC.
In 2017 Gaia co-founded Northerners Collective, retailer of the most exclusive European designed and manufactured furniture brands. The company based in Los Angeles and New York City operates from coast to coast and offers interior design services and a high-end selection of pieces.
