Valerie Hoffman

Valerie Hoffman is a seasoned marketing professional working as the Program Director for NYCxDESIGN. In addition to leading the charge in the brand’s recent transition to a nonprofit corporation, she launched NYCxDESIGN’s powerful poster campaign called “An Ode to NYC” and their podcast, The Mic. Throughout her years at the company, she has brought on numerous new partners and events as part of The Festival, and continues to energize the brand with creative strategy and implementation.

Before her time at NYCxDESIGN, Valerie worked with NYC-based developers to bring to life various large-scale economic development projects through partnership development, tourism marketing, and community initiatives. Valerie managed the grand opening program of Empire Outlets, New York City’s outlet shopping destination, located steps from the Staten Island Ferry.

Valerie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business & Management and Spanish from Dickinson College.
