Brick and Wonder is a curated collective focused on connecting and supporting highly accomplished real estate and design professionals. Our membership community is made up of business owners, consultants and non-profits from all components of the real estate industry: Architects and engineers, developers and designers, agents and artists, contractors and title specialists, fabricators, stylists, publicists, investors, and many more.

Brick & Wonder is based in New York City, but we have members from all over the world, as far afield as New Zealand and London.

What kind of events does Brick & Wonder offer?
At our Roundtable discussions, led by subject-matter experts, members dive into challenging business topics with an intersectional peer group, surfacing tough questions and valuable insights.
At our Site Visits & Tours, members can attend curated site visits, architectural projects and studio tours in their home city and beyond.
Are there different types of membership?
We offer three types of membership. Our primary, paid membership is for Established Professionals in their respective fields. We also offer a limited number of free memberships to select Non-Profits, Institutions & Media and Emerging Talent through our mentorship program. In each case, membership is by application and reviewed by our Membership Committee.
What does membership cost and how do I pay?
Membership costs $750 per year with a one-time setup fee of $1,500. Payment is made in USD. Payment methods include Credit Card and ACH via a secure payment gateway provided by Stripe.

How do I Nominate a Prospective Member?
To nominate a prospective member, please ask them to complete our Membership Application, and indicate that they have been nominated by you in the form.
What is your cancellation policy?
Membership can be canceled at any time in the annual billing cycle. Membership will continue until the end of the month of cancellation, after which no further fees will apply. No refunds are available on annual memberships.
What is your guest policy?
Guests are not allowed to attend Roundtables or Site Visits, but members are permitted to bring guests to select social gatherings and remote Workshops.
How do I apply?

How long does it take for my application to be reviewed?
Membership Applications are reviewed in the order in which they are received. It typically takes 1-3 weeks to process an application, from initial inquiry to formally joining the community.
Do you offer corporate memberships?
Membership is on a per-seat basis, such that each person from a company that joins has their own membership. To inquire about enterprise pricing for multiple membership seats, please contact us.
Do you offer trial memberships or tours?
We do not offer trial memberships or tours.
