R&J’s involvement begins with log selection and carries through design, production, and distribution. R&J has capabilities in bespoke, custom creation and strategic sourcing. Tailored to the architectural community, their product is highly desirable and specifiable. They offer a wide range of styles, colors, species, finishes, grades, widths, and lengths. Their flagship product is Ossa, is a European, Prime White Oak, boasting a 9.5″ width and 3/4″ total thickness. Running-line collections are stocked, to serve the northeast, at company facilities in Sutton, MA, and Franklin, NJ.

Tracy Kilmartin has been immersed in the Tri-state architectural community as a flooring specialist for a decade. She began her career as window-treatment designer and fabricator with her own studio-workroom, Abode Interiors. Her expertise soon expanded to include other materials and a niche interest in flooring. She has represented global brands such as Shaw, Mohawk, and Tarkett as an A&D, dealer, and end-use building owner representative. Her training is based on a “fit-for-purpose” model, and she prides herself on being a knowledgeable resource to our clients. Local to NY metro, she is poised to offer dedicated, concierge-level service to the design and building community.
