With over 30 years of experience in sales, distribution, stone fabrication, and wholesale operations, Ron has built a reputation for delivering customer-focused solutions and fostering long-term relationships in the design and construction realm.

He began his career leading regional growth at FlorGres (now Florim Spa), then spent 15 years at Stone Source LLC in New York City, helping shape strategy and business development. Later, he co-founded The Stone Project, a venture that reflected his commitment to craftsmanship, design, and service. Today, Ron serves as President of Nemo Tile + Stone, leading the surface materials division with a collaborative, hands-on approach to empower clients with thoughtful design solutions and expert guidance.

With a legacy of over a century, Nemo Tile + Stone has become a trusted source for tile, stone, and slab materials. Led by third-generation CEO Matt Karlin, the company supports architects, designers, contractors, and homeowners through a strong network of retail showrooms across the Northeast.
