Fine craftsmanship runs deep in Bernd Radaschitz’s heritage. With three generations of master craftsmen before him, he was raised above the family’s cabinet-making workshop in Riegersburg, Austria.
After qualifying at the Master College of Cabinet Making in Graz, Bernd began his career as an interior designer in Vienna before moving to London to work with the globally renowned kitchen brand Poggenpohl. That international perspective helped him identify a gap in the market, one he was uniquely positioned to fill.
Together with his brother Johann, Bernd co-founded INTERIOR-iD, a B2B project management company specializing in bespoke joinery and millwork, rooted in their family workshops in Riegersburg. INTERIOR-iD delivers precision-engineered furniture solutions to some of the world’s leading architects, interior designers, and construction firms.
In 2017, they launched LANSERRING, a design-led studio focused on crafting exceptional kitchens and interior architecture tailored to each client’s lifestyle. Created in response to global demand for bespoke kitchen furniture delivered with the care and detail of haute couture, LANSERRING pays homage to Bernd’s father and grandfather, who believed the kitchen was the heart of the home.
In 2024, INTERIOR-iD officially merged with LANSERRING, unifying the group’s design innovation and manufacturing excellence. This strategic evolution allows the team to support clients seamlessly – from concept through to creation – with a fully integrated, detail-driven approach.
While LANSERRING is best known for its kitchens and joinery, the studio’s work spans every facet of high-end residential design. Whether a client brings a fully developed vision or just a spark of an idea, the team crafts spaces that reflect individual personalities and elevate everyday living.
Opening LANSERRING New York was a long-held aspiration for Bernd. It symbolizes the company’s commitment to global expansion and creating timeless, considered spaces. With offices in London, Vienna, and New York, LANSERRING continues to grow organically connecting fine Austrian craftsmanship with world-class design talent.
