As part of the team for 13 years, Gina Borovica is currently the Director of Sales and Marketing at Merritt. Building partnerships, sharing the Merritt story and educating the world on its wide range of capabilities is her primary focus.  Gina also spends time collaborating with the internal Merritt team to continuously innovate and improve processes to ensure Merritt’s clients receive bespoke interiors with flawless execution. Gina’s diverse experience across entrepreneurial start-ups, large corporations, and family-owned businesses in various industries has equipped her with the adaptability and insight needed to tackle challenges and drive Merritt’s continued growth and success.

Headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, Merritt has offices across the U.S., Germany, and the UK, where it oversees a diverse set of operations including architectural woodwork and metal manufacturing, architectural woodcarving, BIM|VDC consulting and engineering, carpentry, veneering, and hardware and specialty materials procurement. Their work can be found around the world in the finest estates and super-yachts.

Merritt was founded by George A. Merritt, a master carpenter who came to lead the regional market in delivering luxury woodworking services. Since 2001 Merritt has been under the direction of his sons, G. Michael Merritt, Chairman and Visionary and Keith Merritt, Vice Chairman and Master Craftsman, and the company has grown in scope, size and services.
