General Contractor and Real Estate Developer

Paul Reehling is a Co-Founder and Principal of PARC New York LLC, a Tribeca-based construction and real estate development firm. He has over twenty years of experience in New York City construction and development and has completed more than 100 projects, spanning ground-up new construction, gut renovation, complex enlargements, and owner’s representative CofO consultation.

Mr. Reehling runs PARC’s construction operations and manages each of the firm’s projects from preconstruction through closeout. His experience across Manhattan and Brooklyn is exceptionally broad, from high-end residential interiors and restaurants to facades, office and large-scale retail, and complex structural work including technically sequenced enlargements and alterations. He also directs the technical and regulatory side of each project, working directly with architects, engineers, expeditors and code consultants on DOB plan examination, zoning analysis and lot mergers, air-rights transfers and energy-code compliance, and personally managing the firm’s budgets, consultant agreements and adjoining-property matters. He holds finishes to an exacting standard, selecting materials and details of the finest quality and seeing them executed with precision.

Mr. Reehling attended Pennsylvania State University and graduated in 2006 with honors.
