ZDR LLC is a general contracting firm focused on developing deep expertise across the building trades and a comprehensive understanding of the building ecosystem throughout the tri-state region. As a member of AIA Westchester + Hudson Valley and AIA New York, ZDR is committed to contributing to—and elevating—the building community. Recognizing a gap of young individuals committed to staying in the industry and performing at a high level, ZDR has intentionally cultivated relationships with fellow general contractors and subcontractors that are committed to the city of New York and the surrounding areas. This approach has led to successful project-management engagements in the Hamptons, Brooklyn Heights, and Manhattan for high-performing GC partners who value ZDR’s discipline, reliability, and technical depth.

Launched full-time in 2023, ZDR has grown swiftly through strategic partnerships and a reputation for quality execution.

Zach is a native of St. Louis and attended Wesleyan University in Connecticut, where he majored in Mathematics. His passion for building began with a family friend’s development company, which restored dilapidated Victorian-style homes in St. Louis.
