Jerry Caldari has been working on residential, commercial, and industrial buildings, including adaptive re-use and historic preservation, since 1974. He and Scott Bromley founded Bromley Caldari Architects as a creative, problem-solving NYC architecture and design firm in 1991. Bromley Caldari’s hands-on, rational design approach and attention to detail is apparent throughout its work. There, the team creates humanistic, functional, modern architecture: well-planned, crisp spaces defined by a palette of warm, natural materials.

In addition to mentoring young architects and fostering a learning environment in Bromley Caldari’s office on Manhattan’s west side, Caldari and his team are known for their easy-going natures, enthusiasm for their work, and a strong commitment to personal service. As a team, they bring to each assignment the ability to work with clients to identify, assess, and achieve the goals of a given project, resolving challenges and creating excitement along the way.

Bromley Caldari’s work has been featured in numerous architecture and design books and magazines around the globe, as well as TV shows and movies. The team includes architects, designers, and technical staff with a high level of expertise and intuition as well as common sense. Bromley Caldari has successfully built work in New York and the surrounding metropolitan area, across the United States, and internationally.
