In 1993, Andrew Liebhaber transitioned from a successful career in public accounting as a CPA to follow his true creative passion: construction. Driven by a mission to deliver a seamless project experience and exceptional results, Andrew founded Liebhaber Company, which has since grown into one of New York City’s premier general contracting and construction management firms.

Initially focusing on luxury private residential projects—including apartments, duplexes, lofts, and townhouses—Liebhaber Company has expanded its portfolio to encompass fine dining establishments, as well as luxury cooperatives and condominiums capital improvement projects.

Andrew strategically differentiated the company by forming an in-house construction team of over 60 craftspeople dedicated to delivering exceptional quality and seamless execution. To compliment this team, Andrew acquired an existing architectural millwork shop to further service his clients’ needs. This integration allows Liebhaber Company to meticulously manage costs, schedules, personnel, materials, and, most importantly, quality.
