Representing Toka Builders is Christine, Director of Finance & Administration. With more than 20 years of experience in luxury residential construction, she combines operational leadership with deep financial expertise to help guide some of New York City’s most sophisticated residential projects. Christine oversees financial operations while supporting project execution, ensuring seamless coordination between clients, consultants, and project teams.

Before joining Toka Builders, Christine spent 17 years managing financial and operational strategy for projects ranging from bespoke apartment renovations to a $34 million landmark townhouse restoration. She has led the implementation of innovative financial systems, managed estimating, contracts, billing, and project accounting, and is known for her ability to bring clarity, organization, and strategic thinking to complex projects.
