Donald Brennan is the Brooklyn, New York license partner of the global luxury lifestyle and real estate brand Engel & Völkers. In addition to being the broker and owner of the Brooklyn based real estate brokerage, Engel & Völkers Brownstone Brooklyn, he is a designated member of the Engel & Völkers Development Services group.

Donald has a diverse 35-year track record of working with a wide range of market participants, from ultra-high-net-worth individuals to pension funds, and across all asset types – hotel, retail, office, and multi-family.

For the past two decades his clients have come to him for his in-depth local knowledge and expertise with buying, developing, managing, and selling condominiums and townhouses in Brooklyn and Manhattan. In the past few years alone, he has been involved with over $250,000,000 of luxury real estate transactions, and $2.5B throughout his career.
