Garry Knopov is the Founder and Principal of Considered Construction, a New York City–based firm specializing in Owner’s Representation and Construction Management for design-driven residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. With a background in real estate development, hospitality, and brand building, Garry brings a multidisciplinary approach to construction—prioritizing clarity, design integrity, and long-term value for projects. Before founding Considered, Garry spent over a decade developing and operating restaurants, bars, and multifamily residences throughout New York City. These hands-on experiences revealed a critical gap between client expectations and contractor execution—prompting him to launch Considered as a solution: an independent, client-side advocate focused on ensuring alignment, transparency, and precision from concept through completion. Under Garry’s leadership, Considered partners closely with discerning clients, architects, and consultants to navigate complex builds with confidence. The firm is known for its design fluency, operational discipline, and ability to deliver exceptional results across varied project typologies.
