Greg Fournier is Founder and Managing Principal of Greenbrook Partners, a vertically integrated real estate investment company with a portfolio of over 400 properties. Greg oversees the management and strategic direction of the firm. He is responsible for investment oversight, capital markets activities and new business initiatives across each of the Company’s operating platforms, which include investment management, property management, construction, lending, and sales, leasing and marketing. Prior to forming Greenbrook, he was Managing Director at East End Capital, an operating company with investments in office, retail, and residential real estate. Prior to East End, Greg managed real estate investments at The Olayan Group, a family office founded by Suliman S. Olayan, where he was responsible for investing in public and private real estate companies, single asset and portfolio acquisitions, and development joint ventures. Greg earned a B.A. in Economics from Boston University and an MBA from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.
