Jean Abouhamad is the Founder and President of Sea-Dar Construction, an award-winning general contractor and construction management firm specializing in complex, high-end residential projects. Trained as a structural engineer, Jean founded Sea-Dar in 1991 with a commitment to quality craftsmanship, transparency, and a deeply collaborative approach to working with architects, designers, and homeowners.

Under his leadership, Sea-Dar has expanded from Boston into Cape Cod, New York City, Greenwich, and the Hamptons while maintaining the focused, high-touch service of a boutique firm. Sea-Dar is widely regarded for its ability to execute architecturally ambitious projects in the most challenging urban settings—historic brownstone restorations, luxury townhouses and condominiums, and expansive suburban estates.
