Jemimah Graff

Jemimah Graff is the CEO of Martin Kemp Design, the independent design studio responsible for some of the world’s most sophisticated spaces. With leading super-prime residential developments, world-famous private homes, superyachts and private aviation interiors to its name, Martin Kemp Design has become eponymous with the finest level of design and craftsmanship.

Jemimah began her career in design studying at London Metropolitan University where she obtained a BA (Hons) in Interior Architecture and Design. Upon graduating, she was offered a position with the reputable high end construction company, Knight Harwood, working across a varied portfolio including private residences in Kensington, The Saatchi Gallery and renowned luxury property developer, Candy London (formerly Candy & Candy)’s Headquarters in Westminster. Jemimah’s early exposure to UHNW clients and the detailed requirements that extraordinary projects of this nature demand ensured that from an early point in her career, an appreciation for high quality design and the intricacies of its implementation were applied.

In 2009 Jemimah took up the position as Project Manager at Candy London, where she first met Martin Kemp who had been leading the company as Creative Director. Here they worked closely together on Candy London’s showpiece projects including One Hyde Park and their first New York apartment redevelopment.

Four years on, Jemimah joined Martin Kemp as Senior Design Manager at Martin Kemp Design. Responsible for leading the delivery of the studio’s projects, Jemimah travelled around the world to support clients on their design journeys. In 2016 she was promoted to Commercial Director, overseeing a multitude of global projects and leading Martin Kemp Design’s department for new business.

Jemimah was appointed as CEO of Martin Kemp Design in 2022 and continues to play an instrumental role in the growth and development of the studio globally. Leading a growing team of 25-30 designers, united in their passion for excellence and commitment to the unique and exceptional, Jemimah ensures Martin Kemp Design continues to develop as the preeminent name in luxury lifestyles for the UHNWI.
