Lisa Jardine is the Chief Operating Officer at LC Three, a New York-based firm specializing in high-end residential owner’s representation. With a career spanning construction project management, operations, and strategic communications, Lisa thrives at the intersection of process efficiency, stakeholder collaboration, and high-touch client service. Her expertise lies in orchestrating seamless project execution, ensuring that every phase, from onboarding through completion, is guided by clear communication, meticulous oversight, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

Before joining LC Three, Lisa spent four years as Director of Communications and Construction Project Manager at a leading telecommunications engineering firm. There, she led projects in some of New York City’s most complex and iconic buildings, including The Perelman Arts Center at the World Trade Center, 50 Hudson Yards, and Disney’s new headquarters in Hudson Square. While there, she spearheaded a firm-wide communications strategy aligned with the company’s mission and long-term vision.

Lisa’s career began at the height of the 1990s tech boom, where she served as CIO for a luxury home renovation and design start-up. Her passion for storytelling then took her abroad to Tokyo, where she wrote for CNN Travel after earning an MFA in creative writing.

A natural integrator of creative thinking and operational rigor, Lisa brings a unique perspective to the construction and design industry. Whether coordinating across project teams or navigating the nuances of multi-stakeholder dynamics, she leads with clarity, empathy, and precision.
