Founded and led by President & CEO Dave Raines, the company began in 1996 as an IT consulting firm. Over time becoming a pioneer in the high-end residential smart home industry the company is known for its hands-on, design-driven approach. From the earliest planning stage, Osbee works closely with architects, builders, and homeowners to ensure their systems are fully designed properly and thoughtfully engineered – then installed and serviced with our internal team.

Nicole joined the Osbee team in 2017. Her career journey within the company reflects her hard work, dedication, and interpersonal communication skills. Before joining Osbee, Nicole began her career as an early education teacher, and has been able to use her patience, leadership, and active listening to seamlessly translate interactions with Osbee’s prestigious clientele.
