Architect

ROSARIO has been practicing residential architectural design and construction for more than 20 years, attentively designing new custom-built homes, restoring and renovating historic homes, and elevating luxury spaces in New Jersey’s most desired neighborhoods and New York’s most affluent enclaves.

At a young age, Rosario spent his summers learning about proper building techniques and craftsmanship, working in construction for traditional high-end homes in Somerset Hills, New Jersey. This experience prompted his passion for a career in architecture, along with a specialized interest in construction management. These related experiences inspired his interest in the Master Builder model, which seamlessly integrates architectural design concepts and builder craftsmanship through a focused effort on a cohesive process. With this guiding principle, he founded the firm RS Mannino Architects & Builders in 2015.

Rosario holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Florida Atlantic University and a Professional Certificate in Construction Project Management from New York University. He is a dedicated member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID), Institute of Classical Architecture & Art, the Green Building Council, The Rutherford Historic Society and is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB).

Rosario, his wife and two daughters reside in Rutherford, New Jersey and escape to their family home in Scottsdale and Italy for relaxation and inspiration.
