    Sales & Selling

Survival and growth in business depend on sales and selling, but, for many, the process is exhausting, emotionally fraught and a distraction from the satisfaction of doing the work we're required to sell.

In this Roundtable, we're thrilled to welcome two masters in sales to co-lead our discussion: Stan Ponte (Sotheby's) and Joel Breitkopf (Alchemy Properties).

BassamFellows Design Studio – Private Tour

We are pleased to invite Brick & Wonder members, their families and team members to a private tour of the BassamFellows Design Studio in Ridgefield, Connecticut on Saturday November 6th.

Built in Ridgefield, Connecticut in 1952, the ‘Schlumberger Administration Building’ was commissioned by Annette Schlumberger and Henri Doll after a visit to Johnson’s recently completed Glass House (1949). It was the American architect’s first commercial project. The single-story, rectangular, steel-glass-and-brick building consists of perimeter offices organized around a central core that contains an open-air landscaped courtyard, glass enclosed conference room, and library.
