Gradual x Long Now x Tomorrow Lab

This is a public event, open to Brick & Wonder members and non-members.

In the face of massive challenges like global warming, never before has our ability to make long term decisions quickly been so critically linked to the survival of our species.

Could a new story of time help us?

This discussion will explore how a desire to reimagine the way we think about time informed the creation of a new innovative brand: GRADUAL. The discussion will also highlight the collaborative process by which an ethereal idea concretizes into a debut collection.

Our expert panel will dig into all this and more, followed by audience Q&A.

    Exponential Growth

This is a roundtable event for Brick & Wonder members.

Breaking through to exponential growth is one of the hardest things a small business, and especially a service business can achieve.

As principals, founders, and business owners, the very idea of this kind of growth can give us pause for thought. On the other hand, the journey it could take us on has the potential to be hugely rewarding.

In this discussion, we'll hear from our seasoned co-leaders as they share how they've successfully scaled their businesses, from the decisions and tradeoffs made, to the challenges and setbacks they've navigated, and the rewards they've realized.

The roundtable will be led by Andrei Dolnikov, Founder & CEO, BINYAN, and Andrew Kotchen, Founding Principal at Workshop APD. The Roundtable will be moderated by Drew Lang, Founder, Brick & Wonder.
