USModernist, a national nonprofit dedicated to documenting and preserving midcentury modern houses, is thrilled to invite all Brick & Wonder members and guests to a benefit jazz brunch. Guided by USModernist founder and Brick & Wonder member George Smart, guests will take a 10-minute boat ride to a private island, sip cocktails, and experience one of the last Frank Lloyd Wright houses ever built: the Massaro House.
